How much $ aproximetly will catering for a birthday party cost?

I am expecting about 75 guests. I am planning on having a few appetizers and for a buffet meal pasta, chicken or meat, potato salad, and regular salad and a few other things. About how much do you think it would take to have all that catered for about 75 people?

Also, does anyone know any good ideas for food instead of what I have thought up already or any alternatives?

Its going to be a minimum of $12.00 per person....low as $7.50 pp could be as high as $20.00pp. Depends who is doing it, what part of the country you are in....etc....You need to get the PP (per person rate) and have the caterer hold to that price....
