  1. 1 tsp for every 5 gallons 2 for 10

  2. I have that!!! I put in 2 table spoons it even says so on the box. To cure the fin it'll grow by itself without salt.

  3. On the instructions it will tell you more because it will tell you how much to add to make the water saltwater, not to make the water medicated for freshwater fish. But yea, 1 teaspoon every 5 gallons.

  4. I have this same stuff and I will tell you it is 1 Tablespoon per every 5 gallons. And it will not make your water saltwater because it is NOT Marines salt and there IS a difference between the two salts.

  5. The recommended dosage of salt for goldfish is one tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons of water. You can keep this amount if you wish but when you do a partial water change add only enough salt as is in the replacement water, not when you top off the tank . This is because salt does not evaporate, if you add a whole tank full (the one tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons) amount then the tank will get too salty for the goldfish.Basically what salt does is to irritate them so that they will produce more slime on their body and makes it harder for parasites including diseases to get on the skin.

  6. 1 tsp to every 5 gal.
