How much would highlights be for someone with shoulder length hair?

it depends where you go

if you go to a lower end chain, probably 20-35 dollars

if you go to a higher end salon, you're probably looking at 60-125 dollars.

I go to a Salon that uses good products. I pay $90 for highlights, ends cut and blow dry. If you would just go to get highlights it would be along $60.
