How much are Nectar points worth at Sainsburys?

Sometimes there are special offers (like treble points) and there are other places you can be credited with them, as Debenhams.

500 points entitles you to £2.50 instore, agaIn lots of outlets will accept them (Argos for eg).

Debenhams no longer give out Nectar points on purchases, I'm not sure if they still accept them as I've not tried (I tend to save my points for Christmas!).
