A booklet of First Class stamps costs $8.40.  There are twenty self-adhesive stamps at forty two cents each in the booklet.

For forty two cents one can mail a letter from Key West, Florida to Barrow Alaska and almost a third of the distance doesn't have accessible roads.  I always thought the USPS postage rates were some of the last great bargains left on the planet.  I'm curious to know what you think would be a fair price if you think it's too much.  I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just curious about your reasoning.
