i go to the reptile show all the time and babies can sell anywhere from 25-40 and adults are more.

a baby is good to start off with this way they will get use to you handling them.

i bought two veiled chameleons at about 3 months and they are so afraid of me. they hiss and try to bite me. so i am trying to handle them more.  i bought a 3 week old baby and she is way more chill

I got mine from a home-owned pet store and she sold me my baby for $60...and he's in perfect heath. =)

the ones i've seen have been $40-$500. Big range,, huh? It seems the "breeders" way over charge, so I always go with the pet store or a humane society that has reptiles.

Make sure you think through if you are making the right choice. I thought I wanted one, and when I got one I found I couldn't look after it properly due too it's diet. You May THINK you want one but really you have to know if your the right person or not.

I have 2 I bought mine from a breeder for $25 eachh...but at a pet store they are like $50 for babies...

petsmart has them for 60 and fancy bearded dragons for 80 or 90. but you would be better off to goto a breeder, reptile store or craigslist... you will get one with better health.... pet stores dont normally take very good care of reptiles
