Excluding labor I'd say somewhere between $50-200 for basic stuff. Not all cars are the same, I spent $75 for some high quality spark plug wires, something that you don't have on a coil on plug ignition system. You can expect to spend more if you are getting the distributor and other things replaced which should be included in a tune up.
