How much are downloadable rockband songs for a wii?

You can not dowload songs for Rock Band Wii. You can buy Track Packs though which have about 20 songs. Hopefully Rock Band 2 will have DLC (Downloadable Content).

Instead, you use Track Packs. Overall, usinga  Track Pack is cheaper, but you lose the ability to pick & choose.

Harmonix crapped up the wii version so there is no downloadable content

Samba de Amigo, on the other hand will have downloadable content and so will guitar hero 4

You cannot download songs to Rock Band on Wii... at least not yet.  Hopefully when they release Rock Band 2 it will let you download music.

None. You can't download songs on the Wii. This is partially due to the lack of storage on the Wii.
