Some Depends on the skate.

Skates not made for junos and spins are going to be under 30$. The boot is really "flimsy" though haha.

Nice skate run VER expensive, and most of the time the boot and the blades are sold seperate. I got a good deal on my skates, they were usd and 50$.

It all depends on your level, the brand, and even size!

My very first pair of skates were $50.

My second pair of skates were about $400 for the boot and around $50 dollars for the blades, totaling to $450.

Just recently I went to get fitted for my third pair, and I am getting a different brand and better blades so the boots were around $500 and the blades around $300, in all $800-$900!

So yeah it all depends. :]

well they range anywhere from 32-1000 dollars and more i find that the ones aroung the hundred dollar marks are well built and quite comfy so watever u like try!!!

if you are a beginner you should probably start with reidells which start at around a hundred dollars and the blades come with them. if your talking about an advanced figure skater you have to buy the boots and the blades seperate. boots can be from 500 dollars all the way up over a thousand dollars. boots usually start at around 300 dollars and again go up into the thousands. but usually you only need thusand dollar boots and blades if your in a high level

They can go anywhere from 20 bucks to 2,000.

It depends on what level you are at

Recreational (w/ blade) can start at $30 and go up to a couple hundred

Beginner (w/ blade) goes from $100 to a few hundred

Intermediate (w/ or wo/ blade) is anywhere from a few hundred to several hundred

Advanced skates are several hundred (wo/ blade)

blades alone can cost the same as boots so a pair of advanced skates can easily go over $1000

It depends on your level.

My first pair were recreational skate and costed about $25.

Then I rented some good Riedell's from my skate shop and that costed $50 for a year. They were used..

Then I grew out of those and I have my current ones, Riedell Gold which were like 300 for the boot and 200 for the blade.

If you get Riedell Gold, they last you almost all levels of skating. & my feet are almost done growing.. so Gold is good.

that depends on your level. im in freestyle 3 and my skates had cost me a little over $500. it also depends on what brand you get. mine are riedell and i absolutely love them.
