i'am 15 and last night me and my friend went to a skate park around 1 o clock a cop came a arrested me and gave me a blue paper and says i have to go to court now is this right .. and this is my first ttime getting trouble with the law

curfew is an ordinance violation.  Which means that its just a fine or some community service time...

Being a juvenile this is probably what you're going to have for your punishment...

The fine should be written on the ticket, and if its not, then the judge will tell you what consequences a curfew violation would have.

However, you may be getting charged with tresspassing...which is a misdemeanor usually...and that could carry some time in juvenile hall for you.  

either way, best of luck to you!  Let this be the only time you get arrested by the police!  It only gets worse for you after this!
