The website price info is pretty general.

But what are we talking per item? Would it be like $10 for a dinky burger? We're thinking of smuggling in healthy, no refrigeration snacks to help keep the snack cost down at least . . . without having to get a locker/cooler - if that's possible!!

  1. First of all you don't have to "smuggle" in snacks.  You can bring in things such as bottled water and small snacks with no problem.   They do not allow coolers, glass, or any sharp objects.  We will usually bring a small backpack with some small snacks and have no problem.

As for food these here are some more specific costs

    Drinks:  $2.75-$3.00.

A burger is decent size and will be between $7-$9.

Other food items can run anywhere from about $5-$15 depending on what it is.

Other snacks will run between about $3 and $6.

This is for your Counter Service locations.  If you are looking at a Table Service Resturant it depends on the location.  But you can expect about $15-$25 per person for Lunch, and $20-$50 per person for Dinner.

  2. Check out Disney menus and prices at the site below

  3. A good rule of thumb is to expect to pay roughly twice what you might outside the park so a $5 Happy Meal would run $10 (think of what you might pay at an airport and you'll get an idea). Sit-down restaurants, such as the Blue Bayou, will be more expensive still... expect about $75 for a meal for two people.

It depends who is on bag search as to what you might be able to bring into the park with you. But I should think that snack bars or veggie sticks should make it through. If security questions it, you could always claim a food allergy or special dietary needs.
