I'd suggest you go to Golfsmith.com & purchase the components & have a clubmaker custom build them to your kid's specific measurements.  I built a set for my daughter for under $100.  But, of course, I didn't have the cost of labor to have them built.  The darn bag was the most expensive thing.  Good luck!

you can find golf clubs at sporting goods stores

for $100 to $1000. depends on what they are made of.

check you papers classified ads for good deals.

ppl are always buying new clubs and getting rid of old ones.

go to a golf course and ask the golf pro.

the only ones i saw for a female was on walmart and a 7-piece set of clubs for $80

i'm a 7th grader too......i use AdamsGolf....not the cheapest
