How much are mobile homes usually?

Okay, well I wanted to get a mobile home. Say 2 bed, 1 bath,. pretty okay size for a family of three by a lake? Around how much does that cost usually? Please help! 10 points for a good answer!

You can spend as little as $10K for a used one to as much as $150K for a new dbl wide.  Look in the local paper for used ones and also check out this site...

Try and buy it in the state you want to own it in because transportation cost is huge.
