How much are over credit card limit fees and fees past mininum due date?

Problem is this. I am $1000 over my credit limit. I was suppose to get my paycheck yesterday and today is when the mininum payment is due. My boss tells me today that he has no money and will give me my payroll on tuesday which is the 19th. Theres nothing I can do about that. Im very upset about it. If I miss my mininum payment due date, how much fee do I have to pay? And if I am 2 months over my over limit credit line, how much fee is that? Will my credit rating go down? After september, I wont use my credit card again just my check card.

Bank of america wont move some of my balances over since im over the credit limit which is bad. I dont want to keep paying over limit fees and late fees.

$39 for overlimit, $39 for late

Whoa that's waaaay over the limit. The fees and interest rates are not standard and are set out by Bank of America. Take a look at your statement and/or credit agreement that you got when you first signed up.

Since you're 2 months over then double the cost.

i suppose it depends on the bank but when my wife was over and paying late they charged 125 dollars a month!!!

Its usually 39 dollars for both, but it may vary slightly.
