  1. What you want to look up is Recorder of Deeds for Basking Ridge, NJ.  Or for the county where this house is in.  Once you get to the recorder's office on line, they should let you put in a specific  address and you should be able to get this information.  

    Another way would be in contact with a Realtor in that area - they could help you with that info.


  2. well if you can afford that house then you shouldn't need to know how much as it will be pennys in the jar compared to that house price. but on avg. id say at least $15 grand.but taxes have to do more with sq. footage and land then the house cost. oh 1 more thing if you don't involve an agent then you can tell the seller to knock off another 12 grand. agents dont cost you anything but take a chunk out of the sellers profits. (10's of thousands on that price)

  3. Try googling the City of Basking Ridge and  see if they have a website. Most cities do nowadays. THen check under property taxes and look for the address.That is how I find out what my neighbours pay

    in my area.
