I live in Zone 4 and rent a one bedroom flat.

My council tax is currently £98 pcm

My TV licence about £12 pcm

Electricity is £75 pcm (yeah I know!  Bloody ridiculous!)

Water Rates £30 ish pcm

Service charges (i.e. upkeep of communal areas) on the flat are always paid by the landlord.

Add a land line for about £13 pcm and your broadband on top.
