Yes there are some companies that provides with that service,, I know one that thier rates per couple offered year round (2008) is $2.400...

Includes:

    * CEREMONY

The Officiant will conduct the ceremony and undertake all due legal procedures to grant marriage validity in the US or home country.  Pertinent documents will be sent to your home address via Fed Ex.  The ceremony may be staged at one of two locations available.

    * CHAMPAGNE

Toast your love with a bottle of bubbly as you take in the enchanting natural setting while the Pacific Ocean serenades and witnesses your commitment.

    * WEDDING CAKE

Enjoy our traditional  wedding cake.  Charming and petite, it is a sweet symbol of love and conveys the homespun character of our staff’s warmth.

    * FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS

Choose a tropical or spring flower arrangement theme for the main table, the bridal bouquet, and the interwoven bamboo arch that will frame your ceremony.
