i have 2 wheat pennies right now one is a 1946 (not sure if a D or P) and the other is a 1953 D. I've been trying to collect them for a while and i'd like to know how much those two are worth and if you find any links that tell how much the wheat pennies are worth I'd really appreciate it.

  1. Your two wheat cents are common and sell for around .02 to .05 cents in a coin dealers wheat cent box. By just putting Lincoln cents into google or yahoo, you will find plenty of dealers selling wheat cents. The value will very due to condition (grade). There are a few wheat cents that are not cheap such as the 1909-S VDB,1909-S, 1914-D and 1931-S to name a few. There are also error coins that have been added but I don't think they should be part of a set, the dealers kind of had them added to albums to make more money. They are the 1922 plain and 1955 doubled die. Today trying to put a set together by change may not be impossible, but is highly improvable. Don't let that stop you have fun.

  2. Here you go

    http://sammler.com/coins/wheat_pennies.h...

10 to 20cts for the first

20 to 50 cts for the other

Don't let this discourage you, it's about collecting not selling
