you have to check the store itself to know if they carry vogue, and as for the $99 package sales most store offer's it but i believe you have to have insurance. if you want a cute plastic frames i suggest you go to a local eyeglass store they usually have more options then Target. If your getting prescription glasses depending on the type of material you choose the price veries. hope this help

ok so... i got these vogue glasses a few months ago.... and they are HOT..... everyone says they look OSOM!!!...any ways....

-i got it for $$300 plus the lenses....its expensive but i think its worth it... i mean, ure just gona buy one thats osom...right?... so its worth....

i got it from lens crafters.... i would get it from lens crafters.... im not sure abt the place ure talking about!!!

mines are a black frame (plastic) with white frame inside it... its really nice... and it has work on the side....
