you don't need a lot of Speed... here in argentina we have a ISP with 3 mb of maximum speed... and i was recently playing Need for Speed Pro Street with my cousins in Canada... so don't worry about the Speed... get worry about ur system specifications...

as long as your internet speed is around 256k you have nothing to worry about except your system requirements

generally you want your latency aka ping to be around 1-60 thats what works for most PC games, you dont want to go above cause u will lag and some kills that you shouldve got, you dont get
