How much better is HD game play?

Only answer if you have played on a standard & HD TV. Please & Thank You. So I am getting an HD TV for my bedroom soon and it has the Green, Blue & Red hook ups and all the jibber jab but I just want to know how much better it is to play Xbox 360 on a HD TV.

Yo homie, Trust Me. The display is mint. Trust me, you will love it. I myself used to play in my basement on my big tv but it was just standard, once i brought it upstairs and gave it a try on my 40 inch Hi Def plasma screen, I was like WHAT! YEAHH! OKAY!!! Gettin Crunk on in my living room, you know. Trust me dog, I ain't exagerating but make sure you put the additional cords in and have your 360 set to HD settings. Trust me homie, you will be amazed!

I have an HD monitor with my PC, and honestly, aside from brighter graphics and maybe a hint of more detail, it's not anything spectacular. You can seemingly get the same experience from a good LCD monitor.

Note to below: I have an HDMI ready PC, so that is not the problem, but I also only have about a 19in screen, so that may be the problem.

much much much better, the level of detail is twice, three times better. The colours are also much more defined and do not blur. I would do HD gaming, but its way to expensive for me to get an HD monitor or TV

Note to the post above, you are using a PC, its not the same as an xbox. It is even possible that your pc is not optimized for HD, whereas Xbox is.

Amazingly so.

Difference is staggering, more so in Progressive, such as 720p or 1080p.

Interlaced (1080i) is great for movies, not gaming.
