i am 135 lb male if i drink a almost half a 1.75 liter of 70 proof rum is that dangerous. also is it possible to die from drinking beers alone

It depends on your definition of "poisoned". Alcohol affects your brain, even in small amounts. If you are worried about your consumption, drink in smaller amounts at a time. If you can't do that, just avoid it all together.
