It's something like 3,000 but you may get asked to prove that they are for your own use. Just don't go barmy with what you bring in and you wont even get stopped.

You will have to provide more information, which country are you returning to? It must be somewhere in the UK, since nobody in the States calls cigarettes "f**s"..
