I don't think there is any relation between KDM and cadmium.

Actually Karat and KDM are different units.  One is metric and another is british. 24 k is 100 % gold. and 22 k is 91.6 % gold. This is the simple maths.

Lead in normally added in gold to make it more resisitant for jewelry. That changes gold from 24K purity to 22K purity. You are asking How much of one measure is in 22K gold which may not be the right question.
