  1. I'm sure it varies between brands, but here's the info for one brand I found:  I wasn't able to find info about the magnesium content.

Calcium: 80mg (8% of daily requirement vs 30% daily requirement found in regular milk)

Protien: 7g (vs 8g found in regular milk)

  2. I don't think there would be that much magnesium.

But I would guess it would have about 5g protein and 90mg calcium.

Check the Nutritional Information on the box of your soy milk to be sure.

  3. Regular Soymilk  (8 ounces)

    Calories (gm)  140

    Protein (gm)  10.0

    Fat (gm)  4.0

    Carbohydrate (gm)  14.0

    Sodium  (mg)  120.0

    Iron (mg)  1.8  0.6

    Riboflavin (mg)  0.1

    Calcium (mg)  80.0

  4. Unlike whole milk, natural soy milk does not contain much calcium. In general, 100 grams of soy milk contains 4 mg of calcium. More and more soy milk products, however, are being fortified with calcium.

Soy milk provides high quality “complete” protein, as does cow’s milk.

  5. It should say on it,  look at the nutritional facts.
