  1. zombie outbreak, huh? hahahaha

well the RDA recommends that a consumer takes in at least 2000 calories a day (if you check most every food label, they tell you where each calorie should come from)...

  2. Ideally 2000 cals, bare minimum 1200 calories a day. It's recommended to ration food for an 1800 calorie diet in case of zombie outbreak class 1 or 2, and depending on food levels preparing to go even less in case of a class 3 or worse.  You should have enough food for the people in your group/family to last as long as possible without the need to forage for food. Remember that you should eat everyday even if food is scarce.

Stick to canned foods and dehydrated goods. Nothing perishable like fruits and veggies, unless of course you have a secure enough area to grow your own.

    Good luck!

  3. well an average person needs to have at least 2000 calories a day
