I have massively overweight. Weighing 92 kg at a height of 170. My doctor has discouraged me from jogging and running, because she thinks that I could hurt my bones so. So since I have an exercise bike at home and she said I should take one hour on my exercise bike. Because I lose weight quickly but also healthy, I'm 1300 a healthy calorie diet where I feed so that nothing is missing my body. And I have a question I know but not how many Watts my exercise bike but no matter. Gardening has the 8 levels and can you tell me how much I would burn calories in half an hour, so if I'm going on the most difficult level? Must-have no exact number be but something like?
