How much calories did i eat today?

breakfast i had ritz crackers with laughing cow cheese cantaloupe fruit.

lunch: i had egg whites with onions and 1 apple

for dinner: shrimp chow mein with 2 shrimp egg roles and coconut juice. will i gain weight i have a slow metabolism. i lost 6 pounds by eating healthy i don't want to gain a pound.

what should i do. will exercising work.

  1. I'd say you had 1500 calories, which is normal or below. You're fine. You should exercise anyways because it is healthy and you will lose more weight.


  2. it depends how many servings of each you had. There's a difference between 2 medium egg whites and 2 jumbo egg whites.

    So let's just say you had

    one serving a ritz = 78.7

    5 pieces of L.C. chz = 34

    Cantaloupe= 53

    2 egg whites= 34

    Onion= 15

    Apple= 71

    Shrmp CM One serving= 262

    2 Shrimp Egg Rolls= 500

    Coconut Juice 8oz= 80

    Depending on your diet, your weight, your age, this doesn't tell you anything about whether you will gain weight or not.

    Your calories are pretty low though try to keep it around 1400-1600 if you're looking for weight loss
