since i hate eating vegetables my mom makes vegetable soup for me. she puts 3 cauliflowers, 2 carrots, and 1 chayote in a bowl of water. then we boil it for like 20 minutes. we add 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp of sugar. i drink the soup thats made from those ingredients. but how do i calculate the amount of calories the soup has
