How much calories is in a BOWL of pho?

Anywhere between 400 and 700 calories, depending on what you put in it.

Figuring the stock is a combo of chicken, pork and beef, the rice noodles and veg garnish, now if you have beef it is higher than a straight veggie one, here in Toronto Canada I have it with brisket, beef, tendon and beef balls (meatballs).

A typical bowl with beef should run 600-750 calories, the bean sprouts, lime, coriander, chili's, fish sauce and soya sauce are not something to worry about, my usual bowl would run 800-1000 calories.

I am former chef and have eaten Pho since the 1970's and have even had several types when in Vietnam on vacation.
