  1. Depends who your estate agent is..

  2. Ask John McCain.

I believe he has several houses on Mars, in the Ares Vallis area.

  3. contact Donald Trump , he handles "posh" real estate areas on Mars and also sole Casino Construction and Ownership on Mars since the Martian Gov. started allowing "earth" hominid investment

  4. There is a place called Marsh Lane  in E10 London

    Near the Olympics area...

It could be the future Mars!!!

    OR

Mars Close in RG41 in Wokingham Berkshire...wow

  5. What makes you think we'l let you in the posh area?

    I'm afraid its invitation only...

  6. its all about supply and demand.

There is zero supply, and one demand so, name your price and the highest bidder will get the contract !

  7. Why live on Mars? Think of the walk to the pub

  8. You can't buy real estate on Mars unless you are a registered citizen.

  9.   With the price of gas you wouldn't be able to commute.

  10. Therer is no detached houses in Mars, let alone a posh area.

  11. haha

good question - when the time comes and mars has been pioneered

who will be in charge of valuing the land there...

suppose we get a rich businessman from earth that goes to mars and decides to put his rights down to thousands of hectares or acres.....

    earth's greed moves to mars:)

  12. i'll sell you one for 50 billion

  13. Well, first you would need to build/buy the house. this could cost a few hundred thousand.

Then you would need to build/buy a rocket strong enough to take your house Mars. This may cost a bit more than the house.

Alternatively, you could design your house to also act as a rocket! With fuel prices soaring, this could cost a few billion

Assuming you actually want to live in this house, i would suggest you also pay living fees; oxygen and food for the next hundred odd years.

Then, with all the competition for prime locations, i think we should add another million to the cost.

All in all, i think it's cheaper to buy a plot of land on the moon, just $19.95!

  14. it's free, just take building equipment!

Might cost a bit to get there though........

  15. You can get a deal next to Ellipse Mun,s

  16. Well I'm afraid no human has stepped foot on Mars let alone building building homes there. It is a dangerous planet the atmosphere is fairly thin and as a result solar radiation is high meaning you would die sooner or later. So when you ask a question make sense and don't waste time because your bored. Anyways there is no posh or nice neighborhood on Mars go do some more drugs.
