How much can I charge for tutoring a grade 6 student with dyslexia? I'm a retired teacher.?

I would be working with the student twice a week, for an hour each time.

standard for home instruction in my state runs from $25-$40 per hour-workign independently with a masters degree can get as much as $60

About $40 an hour should be reasonable given your experience and qualification

I work in a tuition agency in Singapore, from my experience, this student may need more time per session: 1.5 or 2 hours, if that's the case, maybe you want to lower a bit of the hourly rate.

I usually got $10/hour when I tutored.  That the student has dyslexia shouldn't affect the price, it might just mean that you spend more time with them.
