How much can I sell my 1998 honda civic lx for?

I'm thinking of selling my honda civic because it has 197400 miles on it and needs a new motor. I looked up a price on kelly's blue book and it said that I can sell it for 3100 but I honestly do not think ANYONE would pay that much for a car that needs a new motor, any suggestions on how much I can sell it for? The exterior is in good condition and the inside is clean. I just purchased 4 new tires and had a tune up, timing belt and new distrubutor put in.
