  1. if you aren't the owner and are helping someone else - it's illegal to do the paperwork etc, without a real estate license, unless you are a real estate lawyer.

  2. There is a site where u can find genuine Data Entry jobs/Work at Home jobs online without any up front costs. Work at home data entry Resources. Guides on identifying Work at home Job Scams and a lot more.

  3. Call up some local attorneys and ask for quotes

  4. If you are talking about doing that for somebody else's home you need to check to make sure it is legal.  If you are representing another person in buying or selling a home that is illegal in the US, you need to be a licensed real estate agent or an attorney in order to represent others.

If you are representing yourself (FSBO) and looking for assistance some area have real estate offices that will charge a fee to do this or use an attorney.  The amount will depend on the area and the transaction.

  5. Realtor fees are typically 5-7% of the final selling price of the home.

  6. It depends on how much the house is worth

  7. It depends on the state, what you negotiate with the buyer, title insurance is typically based on the value of the home, how transfer taxes are applied in your area.  There is no average.

A call to a title and escrow company might be helpful.
