How much can i expect to earn as a carpenter in spain?

i am just about to go to valencia to work as a carpenter, can anybody help me to find out about wages?? many thx

your wasting your time we went over there my husband a carpenter and ending up coming back to England as there was not much work and the pay was terrible there rather employ the Spanish than English as they work harder and cheaper sorry to say and yes before you say it we are English .

We live 100 klms south of Valencia and here I would expect you to earn about 6-9 euros per hour if you are lucky.

I know a Spanish motor mechanic who gets 1200 euros per month and a carpenter would be about the same.

Wages in Spain are generally much lower than in the UK.
