How much can i lose in 2 weeks?

i will bike ride 7 miles everyday

  1. For me, spending 2 hours everyday in the gym and having very few calories (like you are planning on doing) I lost nearly 10lbs in 2 weeks. Some people could probably lose more than that but it's harder for me because I don't really have anything to lose. So from my experience I would say 10lbs+!  


  2. if your cutting your calories that low your body will stop burning calories. You won't lose that much weight. if you do lose a ton of weight in two weeks, you'll probably gain it back rapidly when you increase your calories after that  period or stop cycling. There are great articles about it on AOL health.
