  1. 75 at best

You are better off saving the pc and using it fr document storage.

Unless you can find some one who knows absolutely nothing about pc's then I doubt you can sell it to anyone other than a person who works in a small office The hard drive is ok but is it sata 3.0? If not the data transfer rate is probably not as good as the newer pc you can buy for about 100 more. Who makes the motherboard and is the p4 overclocked to 3.0, if so I do not think anyone will buy it, You are still under warranty for the cpu but a oc processor on average has a life of about 5 years without corrosion and seeing how its p4 its probably pretty dated.

If there are no pci express then forget about selling it to the market you want. dedicated graphics is sub par these days unless you are just ONLY typing or watching BASIC you tube and dvd movies.

Again I would just save it and use the parts and fans in the case in the new pc you buy.

  2. Approximately $100-150. (Possibly more)

-1 Gigabyte RAM is nothing special these days. Most computers in this generation comes with 2-4 GB average.

    -Integrated/Onboard Graphics are terrible.

-Pentium 4's run hot and are extremely inefficient with electricity usage compared to the Core 2 Duos which have become today's basic default/most common processor.

-The Dimension 3000 is seriously an ancient piece of work.

-Used old generation computers don't sell well, people only buy old computers if its extremely cheap.

-Most people prefer to buy a new computer over an old computer because new technology being incompatible with old technology makes it near impossible to upgrade an aged computer.

The hard drive size plays a role in pricing...
