  1. ,Depends on the state.  They can sue for as much as they think they can recover, and this is usually driven by their greedy attorney.  However, your insurance company has staff counsel who will defend you if in fact suit is filed.  The legal fees are paid by your insurance company.  Your insurance company will only pay out what the injured party is entitled to recover.   This is why you have insurance.  They are there to protect your interests.  Minor, bogus, soft tissue injuries are common.   Don't worry about it.   Let your insurance company handle the claim for you.

  2. 99999999999999999999999 trillon dollars

  3. There's no limit, in any state, for what they can sue for.  Expect it to be medical bills, lost wages, attorney fees, pain and suffering, etc.  It could easily end up from $10,000 to $50,000 EACH.

  4. No set formula for settlements.  Depends on what state your in, how much is on the policy for Bodily Injury and how bad the injury is, meaning is it life changing??

  5. ask the court how much and tell me where that guy with "neck pain" lives and I'll show him real neck pain because I know his type. His pain isn't real. If your hit on the side on a two way street and I assume your a decent driver and weren't to close to the other lane this guy is at fault because he wasn't paying attention.  I meant what I said about showing him real neck pain.
