How much can this do to my jeans?

shrinkage can you do to a pair of hollister jeans length wise (of any jeans i suppose) when you soak in hot water and dry on hot?

they're a tad bit too long, help?

  1. don't put them in hot water; that won't do anything to the length!

    take them to a tailor (or even your granny - she probably knows how) & have them hemmed.


  2. If you shrink them like that they'll shrink everywhere, not just the length. If you take them to a dry-cleaners, most of them hem clothes and they look professional. Usually it's between 7 and 10 dollars per item.

  3. i wouldnt use hot maybe warm water instead

    dont worry in time they will shrink

  4. they would shrink a bit just from getting washed and being in the dryer, but if theyre too long you should see a tailor.

    i dont think they would shrink lengthwise without getting tighter at the hips.
