How much can you bench

whats your age and how much can you bench. I'm 16 i can only bench 140. I think im pretty weak though my goal is to bench really heavy someday when im older.

    I can only do one rep of 290.

    Ten reps of 200

    20 reps of 150

    I'm 17 and i don't bech anymore. It doesn't work my chest, just delts and tris. I do chest flyes, about 12.5kg  each dumbell.

    When i used to bench, when i was 16, 50kilos. I'm not weak, im actually pretty muscly, but can't bench that much.

  6. Well, I'm 18, weigh 275, and can bench 335. Remember, its not about being all strong in one area. On my high school football team, I blew everyone away in bench, but one other guy killed me in squats (my 420 to his 540).

    The best thing to do if you wanna up your numbers is focus on a specific body part every other day, as in one day of lifting and one day of running. Give your body a chance to recover.

    If you can do 140 now, I recommend this workout... Every other day mind you.

    Try that and see if your max rises up by about 15-20 pounds. Remember to have a spotter.
