hi i'm from ireland living now in south africa well the lowest you can earn per hr is about 7euro 90cent. and well then the average after that can be over 10euro an hr especially in secretarial jobs. then it can get higher if your good at computers actually much higher the pay is quite good in ireland.

I work for the Nirvana Headshops in Ireland and the minimum they pay is 10euro per hour to start rising to 20 euro after probation, but the benifits are brilliant!
