Hahahaha, a helicopter just leaks money!  It is very expensive to learn to fly, the maintenance is not something to skimp on, and is very expensive, as is the fuel.

you might have seen an advert for doing the PPL (H) course, which costs around that figure......

its not entirely impossible to get a helicopter for that price though, this would be a home built ultralight helicopter, not a regular one, and even then it would be very second hand

personally I wouldn't trust one of those............
