  2. Not  very much... I promise you. Your computer on the other hand you should atleast turn off. Unplugging it is up to you but I do anyways ... :P

  3. It depends on the model. Generally, the savings is nominal because TVs don't draw that much power when they're turned off. A better way to save electricity is just to use it less.
