We are pumping in c2h4 in to a vaccume chamber. Temperature will be above 100 degree. Pressure will be around 3.5E-4

Basically i need to know in 1 sccm of C2h4 how much carbon will be presant.

  1. Standard cubic centimeters per minute (sccm) is a volume flow rate.

The temperature is stated as above 100 ° (Is this °C or K?)

The pressure is listed as an approximation and without units (atm/torr/lb per in^2?).

Any calculation is almost a guess.

If you assume the Ethene (C2H4) acts as an Ideal gas, since it has a molar mass of  28.05 g/mole, the conversion at STP is:

    1 sccm = 7.43583 * 10^–4 * (28.05) mg/sec

You need to modify this for your temperature and pressure using the gas laws.

The final conversion is to multiply the results by 24.02/28.05 which is the ration of Carbon in Ethene.
