How much cardio should I do to lose stomach and abdomen fat?

And what cardio should I do?(jogging running etc)

Should I also do other exercises too?

  1. You have to mix it up and shock the body .

    try to hold your stomach in most of the day for as long as you can .

    first you must weight train 3 to 5 days a week . .

    ( yes you have to lift weights ) building up muscle helps burn fat .

    1 day do sprints .

    ( I see plenty of fat people that can run 5 to 10 miles easy . )

    most don't do speed work. Do some 440s (1 time arould the track ) and 880s 2 times around  .

    1 day jog,  this should be your long run of the week 45min to hours .

    other days do  yoga or Pilates , dance class, Kick boxing  or what ever you like. . Again mix it up!!!!!

    drink plenty of water

    do sit up and leg lift every other day. morning or evening

    watch your salt intake .  

      

    Just mix up your training .

  2. Walking is better then jogging or running because you don't get tired as easily and can walk longer distances other exercises you could do for abdominal work out is crunches and sit ups also dancing is a great way to loose extra fat even if its just 15-30 mins it makes a difference.
