How much cash should I bring for tolls between Virginia and Philadelphia?

I'm driving from Northern Virginia to Philadelphia. Mapquest says I'm going to pay for I-95 N. I remember driving to Jersey a year ago, and the tolls were insane. I think I paid $30. I hope I don't have to pay that much going to Philly.

It's going to be roughly the same.  There's no toll to get into New Jersey, they just charge you $3 for the privilege of leaving.  

I'm not sure about Virginia, but there are tolls in Baltimore ($3?), further North in Maryland (I believe it's $5, but it's only one-way) and Delaware ($3?).  Sorry, I have EZPass, so I'm not sure how much each toll is.
