How much celtic influence had the Friuli in Venezia Giulia in Italy?

I know had a very heavy influence of germans but i don't know how much celtic. I means in blood and culture. thanks

  1. The northern part of italy (from the present Piedmont to veneto) was a celtic area before the roman conquest.

    At that time the Germans were far away!

    but on the eastern coast (venezia giulia) there were also other non celtic populations.

    as to the blood..who knows the percentage!

    Between the 2nd and 1st millennia B.C., the region was inhabited by the Euganei.  In the 7th-6th centuries B.C. the local populations of Veneto entered into contact with the Etruscans and the Greeks.

    Venetic culture reached a highpoint during the 4th century B.C. These ancient Veneti spoke Venetic

      the Veneti later on  adopted the dress and certain other customs of their Celtic neighbors.

    What remains of the celtic culture is to be found in  some valleys where they found drawings and letters  on stones.
