How much champagne I need for a 3 gallon champagne fountain?

If you are renting it you can ask whoever you are renting from and they should be able to tell you how much  to buy for the number of people you plan on serving..for the length of time you plan to have it flowing, and freely available. Also depends if you are having any other beverages in addition to the champagne.. IE: additional alcohol, etc.. then the amount would be reduced.. You can also just buy the amount you want to serve.. and when it's gone, it's gone..I would say  try 6 to 12 gallons, there again it depends on the number of people you plan to serve, and how many servings you are allocating per person.. Not a 3 gallon fountain holds 3 gallons of liquid.. at a time)  obviously, it is refillable.
