i am interested to build a small scale ethanol project can any one tell me how much money i need to invest and where i can sell the product

if you know any ethonol project in india or andra pradesh plese tell me where it is

and i need some sugessions for make this project

.   I think you could find a corn supplier and a machine to process it for under $20,000.  You could make a profit quickly.
