their customer service is very poor.I booked flight ticket for my boyfriend on Friday.I was content but today I asked him if he got confirmation email...and he did not, so I checked the confirmation page I saved and there was ....payment error...I was pretty sure it was ok when i booked, but was not absolutrely sure so i booked it one more time...and it was confirmed..but confirmation email did not come again...and saved page says payment error...now I know I booked it twice, so maybe one of his friends would go with him...I am in the States now, and there is now phone number for America..please help!Do I have a right to ask for my money back because I did not get confirmation email?thanks so much
